The College Story Podcast is our final project for the semester and is an opportunity for us to take some time and reflect on what we have learned and experienced during our first term as college students. One of the most critical aspects of this project is the completion of weekly audio journal entries from week 1 to week 13. I found the journal entries to be a great way to reflect on my week, ask questions, discuss working through problems, and just a time to say whatever was on my mind as I started something so new. To now have those moments documented for me to reflect back to is such a fantastic resource. The four main topics I chose to discuss in my podcast are, learning how to adjust to college academic pacing and study habits, weird coincidences on becoming friends with someone, college experience sharing with Sophie, and taking advantage of incredible opportunities. The end result of this assignment will illustrate some of the defining moments of my first semester and the growth I experienced as I became more comfortable and confident being on my own.
